• 1987 Formation of B.M.R. GesmbH in Wels, Austria, with 30 employees
• 1988 Formation of BMR-EAST, GDR
• 1993 Occupation of a new, larger company building in Buchkirchen
• 2002 Acquisition of Zorka-Oprema in Šabac, Serbia
• 2003 Formation of BMR-Germany
• 2004 Modernisation of Zorka Oprema and re-opening as BMR-Serbia
• 2005 Acquisition of AD-Montageservice, Wels
• 2006 Formation of AD-Šabac, Serbia
• 2007 Formation of BZ-Engineering & Construction, Serbia
• 2007 Formation of BMR-Romania
• 2008 Opening of our welding training school
• 2008 Formation of BMR-Montenegro
• 2008 Formation of BMR-Bosnia
• 2009 Opening of a further steel manufacturing plant in Šabac, Serbia
